Use this axle kit with the 98 & Newer Type Land Cruiser Center section to make the strongest rear axle you can buy. This upgrades the axle shafts to a larger 32 spline at the diff, as well as a much stronger Ring & Pinion Design featuring 32 Spline Pinion. Additionally the later style Ring Gear Design eliminates the through bolts and allows for much more tooth contact, 20% longer teeth than Dana 60!

Toyota Trucks & Land Cruisers are well known for their strength & reliability all over the world. Out of the box they feature some pretty great drive-train, but they do have their limits. The 97 & Older Toyota Full float rear Axles are only 30 spline, similar to a Toyota 8” or Dana 44. We do offer chromoly shafts to upgrade them, but some people demand even stronger. With the Nitro Pro Series 32 Spline Upgrade, you get a HUGE increase over stock. Not only is it an increase in diameter, but also a much stronger proprietary chromoly alloy heat treated for maximum strength.
To run the larger 32 spline axles it will required upgrading the 3rd member to accept the 32 Spline shafts. The 32 Spline diff also uses the later Generation Ring & Pinion featuring 32 Spline Pinion. Additionally the later style Ring Gear Design eliminates the through bolts and allows for much more tooth contact, 20% longer teeth than Dana 60!
